Nam nam nam! Knekkebrød is a strange Scandinavian bread. It normally tastes like cardboard, but my lovely friend Leah suggested we go to a little Danish place in Oslo for a sandwich. It turns out I do like knekkebrød after all, it just needs to be uber yummy Danish style knekkebrød 🙂
