This was my first experience behind the wheel of an electric car. This was a NIO (not sure what model), but what stuck out to me is how much tech is jammed into these modern cars. It even had a little robot on the dashboard to talk to you.
But, how much tech is too much tech? Personally, I’d be happy with:
- Pedals and a wheel
- Indicators and a horn
- Good old-fashioned “windy” windows
At the end of the day, a car is just a tool to get from point A to point B. Does it really need to talk back to us?
