I always told you could buy this stuff all over the world, but I assumed that meant that a few boutique wine stores dotted around the globe would stock the occasional bottle. But I walked into the local Vinmonopolet (Norwegian for “Wine Monopoly”) and smack bang in the middle of one of the shelves was a bottle of Waiapara Hills Pinot Gris. 150 NOK later and Anita and I opened it to celebrate … um, can’t remember what, but it tasted good 🙂
