Oslo has some stunningly good weather sometimes. Beautiful blue skies during the middle of winter.
Sunset near Ingierstrand
My lovely friend Ingvild invited me to Ingierstrand just outside of Oslo to hang out with her and her friends for the weekend. We had a terrific time and witnessed a spectacular sunset across the fiord just after dinner.
Øyungen
I went on a cycling trip to Øyungen, a small lake near Oslo. Round trip was about 37 km, which considering my total lack of fitness and excessive flab, was no mean feat! Here’s some photos en-route to the lake, photos of the lake itself coming up soon 🙂

Walking in Oslo
I went for a walk from my apartment today. I went on a 15 km tour to the edge of the city and back. I was hoping to find somewhere to skate on a lake called Maridalsvannet, but the whole place is fenced off due to it being the primary water supply for the city.
